Poor countries like India Afganistan ,Bangladesh need to invest in Tourism and Infrastucture in Rail,Road,Super highways, better air connectivity.This will create mass employment and improve economy.Afganistan has huge potential for desert tourism .
Kashmir in India can be another mini Switzerland and so on.
